Write a Letter to City Council

You can send an email to City Council. If you do not have access to the Internet you can mail or fax a letter to:

If you wish to speak on the matter at a City Council meeting, your letter should say so. The City Clerk's Office must receive your letter by 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the week of the City Council meeting (City Council meets every second Monday at 6:00 p.m.).

Municipal Manual

The Municipal Manual contains facts and figures about the city and its various departments. A print copy of the Municipal Manual (call number 352.16097124 CITY) is available at the Saskatoon Public Library. In some of the branches the copy circulates in others it can only be used as a reference copy in the branch. Call your local branch for more information. Older issues of the Municipal Manual are available at the Frances Morrison library. The Municipal Manual is also available online.

Find a local government publication

Print copies of many local government publications can be found at the Saskatoon Public Library in the Government Publications in the Library database. All documents are reference materials that can be used at the Frances Morrison branch of the Saskatoon Public Library. Selected City of Saskatoon publications may also be available online.
